Main Interest |
The evaluation is based on the following targets / aspects of the epistemological interest, which were defined by the client:
- Coordination of the training planning between schools and school administration
- Usability of the tools for needs assessment and training planning
- Reconsideration to what extend the training planning improves the quality development of the schools
- Analysing to what extend the trainings are changed by the training planning

Methods |
- Implementation of six group discussions with the students association, training coordinator, school administration, consultant for education and case handlers. (The selection was made by the regional authority of Tuebingen)
- Content analysis of the group discussions
