Start-up Workshop of the enable Cluster: From the Idea to the Patent to Market Success

In the enable workshop, patent attorney Dr. Markus Engelhard explained what food start-ups should consider in terms of patent law. In his presentation, he used many practical examples to explain the differences between a patent and an inventive step. His remarks were complemented by a showcase of the start-up Sunbloom, presented by its founder Thomas Stuchly and commented by Prof. Peter Eisner of the Fraunhofer Institute IVV.
