The situational report aims to reflect the amount of drug use and drug addiction of all legal and illegal substances as well as substance affected behaviours respectively addictions and to show the distribution of the affected population groups (e.g. by age, gender, migration background etc.) of the state capital Munich.

The situational report about the addictive behaviour of the citizens of Munich is supposed to provide a basis for an update of Munich´s guidelines concerning its addiction and drug policy.
