The starting point of the study is the variety of challenges with which the assistance of homeless people in the county of Munich is faced with. In addition to the indisputable question of responsibility with regard to regulatory accommodation, the different opinions and practices of the 29 municipalities in the district regarding questions for assistance for homeless peple come to the fore. Based on the findings of the study, a broad and impact-oriented concept for an assistance of homelessness people for the district of Munich should be developed.

The aim of the study is to evalaute the different situations and needs in the municipalities as well as good-parctice examples using  interviews with experts and a group discussion with community representatives in order to provide insights as well as possible components for a  concept for an assistance of homelesspeople for the district of Munich.
